Come out and have a great day at this all-ages pirate, steampunk, and renaissance event.
This family-friendly event offers lots of fun for everyone! It all happens at Coronation Park (formerly Norwood Park), Winnipeg, Manitoba from 10 AM – 6 PM.
Featuring local organizations, great games, incredible costumes, friendly volunteers, and a great atmosphere, there’s sure to be something that you’ll enjoy.
Costumes – dozens of elegant steampunk, pirate, medieval, and renaissance costumers will be wandering the fairground throughout the day. Attendees are also encouraged to dress up and get in the spirit!
Family-friendly and all-ages - bring the whole family for a great day of outdoor fun. All ages are welcome!
The Dust Rhinos - listen to butt kickin’ Celtic Rock from the Dust Rhinos! They’ll be playing at 5:00 PM on the stage.
Merchant booths – find cool things like swords, replica weaponry, medieval armor, steampunk accessories, and much more at our many booths.
Blacksmith and Armourer - Blacksmith Pedro Bedard will be in attendance, showing Metalworking skills from long ago. He will have handmade wrought iron for sale and may even make custom work while you wait! Come see an art form that many people believe was lost.
Food – delicious food will be available around the event.
Nerf Pirate Arena
Let your kids battle it out with swords and blunderbusses in a safe environment! The Pirate Arena allows kids to have a fun, authentic-feeling fight without any of the mess or tears.

Barony of Castel Rouge
The Barony of Castel Rouge will be available to discuss and present the arts, crafts, and martial activities of Europe in the Middle Ages. They will be showing off dances, clothing, and manufacturing techniques.
The Norwood Pirate Village
Live the life of a scurvy dog for a day by interacting with the Norwood Pirate Village!
Steampunk mixes science fiction, western, renaissance, and more. Take a look at these outstandingly constructed costumes and learn a little about how to make your own steampunk costume.
